This guide supersedes all previous price lists. All prices quoted are UK pounds Sterling. - Payment
30 days from end of month invoicing. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges and a stop on delivery. - Delivery
Prices include delivery to dealer depot or site address if it falls within EAIS delivery schedule. If not under the EAIS delivery schedule an extra cost will be applied. All items supplied are flat packed – please ask for prices for units supplied fully assembled. (Free delivery on all orders over £300). - Damaged Goods / Short Shipments
Notification of damaged goods / shortages must be reported immediately. All goods must be checked prior to signing the delivery note to avoid dispute at a later date. If the items are damaged or you are concerned they might be, the delivery note / freight note must be signed as ‘Damaged’. EAIS reserves the right not to accept claims. - Return of Goods
Goods may be returned only with prior agreement of EAIS. Restocking fes will apply. Customised products will not be accepted and will be invoiced in full. - Price/Design Alterations
All prices/designs are subject to change without notice. - Installation
All prices include delivery to depot only. All shelving components are supplied with full assembly instructions.
On site assembly by EAIS can be arranged at an additional cost. Please ask for details.
All prices quoted are subject to no obstructions, overtime, delays and mistakes of work which we are not responsible for. - VAT
All prices are nett exclusive of VAT. - Ownership
The goods remain the property of EAIS until the account is settled in full.
